Service fees

Before work begins: full refund. After work begins: service fees are non-refundable.

Third-party payments

Subject to the provider's own policies (airlines, hotels, embassies, insurance). We refund what is actually recovered, after any penalties.

Visa rejection

Does not entitle you to a refund of service fees or official fees.

Processing

Within 7 to 14 business days, to the original payment method.
